What you need:

  • 1.5 c dry elbow macaroni
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 3/4 c mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c celery, chopped
  • 2 T vinegar
  • 2 T prepared mustard
  • 2 T onion, chopped fine
  • 1 T sugar
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

What you do:

  • Cook macaroni according to package directions, rinse with cold
    water and drain.  Add macaroni, eggs, celery, onion, salt and
    pepper to a medium bowl and mix.  In a separate bowl, mix
    mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and sugar.  Add mayonnaise
    mixture to macaroni mixture.  Serve immediately or chill and
