What you need:

  • 2 lbs pork chops, 1/2"-3/4" thick
  • 1 c picante sauce
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1/4 c water
  • 1/2 t cumin, ground
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

What you do:

  • Heat oil in a large skillet.  Salt and pepper pork chops on both
    sides.  Add pork chops to skillet and cook until browned on both
  • In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients.  Pour mixture
    over pork in skillet.  Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
