What you need:
- 2 (8 oz) cans crushed pineapple, undrained
- 2 medium onions, diced
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t black pepper
- 2/3 c red wine vinegar
- 1/3 c ketchup
- 2/3 c soy sauce
What you do:
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix. Use
immediately, or refrigerate for 2 or more hours to let sauce marinade.
