What you need:
- 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 6 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 1 c Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c and 1/4 c Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 c Romano cheese, grated
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 t garlic powder
What you do:
- Preheat oven to 425.
- In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients, except ¼ c
Parmesan, spinach and dippers; mix well. Fold in spinach then spread into a 8” x 8” casserole pan. Sprinkle remaining ¼ c Parmesan on top then cover with tin foil.
- Bake for 15 minutes, remove tin foil and bake another 10
minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with chips or crackers of choice.
