What you need:

  • 1 c cooked shrimp, deveined with heads and tails removed
  • 10.75 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c milk
  • 2.5 T cooking sherry
  • dash black pepper

What you do:

  • In a medium saucepan, combine milk, cream of mushroom soup
    and black pepper.  Bring mixture to a simmer.  Add shrimp and
    bring to a boil.  Remove from heat and stir in cooking sherry.  
    Serve over rice or noodles, or eat as a soup with crackers.
