What you need:
- 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast halves or thighs
- 10.75 oz can tomato soup
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 c green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 c vinegar
- 2.5 T brown sugar
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1 t liquid smoke
- 1 t dried basil
- 1 t dried thyme
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
What you do:
- Salt and pepper chicken. Place chicken breasts or thighs in the
bottom of a 3.5 quart or larger slow cooker / crock pot. Add remaining ingredients to a medium bowl and mix. Pour mixture over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
