What you need:

  • 1.5 lbs round steak, cut into bite sized portions
  • 10.75 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3/4 c celery, sliced
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 1-2 T cooking oil
  • 1/8 t oregano
  • cooked rice (1-2 cups)

What you do:

  • Brown round steak in oil; drain.  Add round steak and all
    remaining ingredients, except rice, into a 3.5 quart or larger
    crock pot / slow cooker.  Cook, covered, for 6-7 hours on low.  
    Serve over hot cooked rice.
