What you need:
- 3-4 lb beef brisket
- 12 oz can beer
- 2/3 c chili sauce
- 2 ribs celery, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- garlic salt
- salt
- black pepper
What you do:
- Rub brisket with garlic salt, salt and black pepper. Place brisket
in a 3.5 quart or larger crock pot. Add onion and celery to crock pot. Pour beer over brisket. Cook, covered, for 8 - 9 hours on low.
