What you need:

  • 1lb cottage cheese
  • 1 c cilantro, chopped
  • 1 c green onions, chopped
  • 1 green chili, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1/4 c chopped ginger
  • pinch citric acid, or 1 T lemon juice, or dry mango powder
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

What you do:

  • Mix all ingredients well with light hands.  Form into balls.  Chill
    and serve.
