What you need:
- 3/4 c olive oil
- 1/2 c red wine
- 1/4 c lime juice
- 1 t red pepper sauce
- 1/2 t garlic salt
- 1/8 t black pepper
- 1 t ground mustard
- 1/8 t thyme
- 1/8 t marjoram
What you do:
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour
into a gallon size ziploc bag. Add 2-4 lbs steak and shift bag to coat. Refrigerate for 6 or more hours for best results, shifting bag a couple times to re-coat steak with marinade.
- May increase or reduce pepper sauce per taste.
