What you need:
- 1.25 c cooked turkey, chopped
- 1.5 c cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 c cooked elbow macaroni
- 10.5 oz can turkey gravy
- 4 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 T butter
- 1/4 c celery, sliced
- 1/4 c onion, chopped
- 1/3 c Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
What you do:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Heat butter in a med skillet. Add celery and onion to skillet and
cook until tender, but not browned. Add celery, onion and remaining ingredients, except Parmesan, to a 2 quart or larger casserole dish and mix. Top with Parmesan cheese and bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes, or until casserole is heated through.
