What you need:
- 2 lb pkg. frozen hash browns
- 10.5 oz can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c chopped onion
- 2 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 c sour cream
- 1/2 c butter
What you do:
- Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl and place in a 9 x 13
inch baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1.5 hours.
